Critique adjudication
During public review windows, critique is logged, responded to in writing, and where it raises a methodology question, escalated to the Council for a written decision.
Conflict of interest
Council members declare any commercial or contractual interest that would benefit from a particular methodology outcome. Conflicted members recuse from the relevant decision.
