1. What we collect
When you subscribe, request a download, or contact us, we collect:
- Your email address
- The NEC form and Option you work under (only where the relevant form asks)
- The source of the request (which page or campaign), so we can route the right reply
- Basic, non-identifying request metadata (referrer, page, timestamp)
2. How we use it
We use your information to:
- Send weekly editorial and product updates you have explicitly requested
- Reply to enquiries
- Improve the writing and the platform
We do not sell your data. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing.
3. Where it lives
Subscriber form submissions are processed via Formspree. The site is hosted on Vercel. Future processors (authentication, database, billing) are listed in advance of any data being routed to them. The current and planned list is on the subprocessors page.
4. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Unsubscribe at any time (every email carries an unsubscribe link)

5. Cookies and analytics
We use only essential cookies required for the site to function. There is no third-party advertising and no behavioural tracking. Where analytics are added in future, they will be privacy-respecting (no personal identifiers) and disclosed on this page before launch.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. The “last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes are notified by email to current subscribers.
